“Beds were horrible, stained pillow sheets, bad smell, over all just a bad experience”

“I do have a dog but the room had a terrible dog smell when I walked in. I did go to the office and asked for a spray. She was very nice but could only find a very small amount in a spray bottle. She did not offer to change my room. I really think the floor in my room was absolutely disgusting. It made my white socks actually dirty to walk on it. The also wouldn’t allow me to eat breakfast because I wasn’t allowed to bring my dog in, but I also wasn’t to leave the dog unattended in my room....

“Good ole standby, our 2nd time in the past few years. Stayed on a Sunday night, so it was not terribly busy.”

“The property was nice, and it was comfortable. Good value for the money. I liked the fact that I didn't have to give an incidentals hold. I travel quite a bit, and those incidentals hold can really add up. I didn't give five stars because there was nothing exceptional about the hotel to warrant it.”

“I booked this home at the last minute for my son and his family who traveled from Texas to attend a 50th anniversary celebration. I had booked another home and the door code didn’t work and we were never able to get access. I had to contact VRBO, who advised me to rent another property or hotel and my original booking would be refunded. When I contacted the host of this property she was so accommodating. “This "hotel" is not appropriate for people. Roaches inside the fridge and microwave, clogged bathroom sink, and the smell is terrible. "Manager" changed us 3 times, all the same filth.”

“Reception was not staffed, building is in disrepair, airconditioning did not work. Room smelled of insect repellant and outside smelled of natural gas. Much trash in parking lot and on walkways. I wondered about bedbugs BUT bed linens seemed clean.”
